Who we are...
Seeing a need for an expedited carrier in her local area, she started JS&Son Hotshots. Within months, her growing customer base began requesting truckload brokerage services. Her customers had come to realized the unparalleled dedication, dependability, and honesty she provided was hard to find in the transportation industry. In order to service these customers, she turned 100% of her focus to brokerage and as they say, the rest is history.

Taking a load off your mind...
After 18 years in the service industry, Susan Rettig entered the transportation industry as a dispatcher for a large freight brokerage located in North East Georgia. Years later, to better understand the transportation business, she accepted the position of East Coast regional manager of back haul operations for a 1200 unit trucking company. Later, she returned to the brokerage side of transportation with a well established broker; also located in Northeast Georgia.
Employing only family members, Susan has since turned a small one truck business into a multi-million dollar logistics firm, while maintaining the family feel and integrity that started it all.

What we will do...
BE HONEST. Even when it means we may lose a load. We will never knowingly leave your product on the dock. If we know a carrier is not on your load, then you will know in time to make other arrangements.
But we never give up.
We continuously and aggressively work to make sure your freight is picked up and delivered on time.
